If facts, in which the hunting licence is to be refused, occur only after the establishment of the hunting license, or the authority, which issued the hunting certificate or similar, become known, then the authority which has decided on the granting of the licence is in the cases of §§ 23 and 25 para. 2 and in the cases of §§ 24 and 25 para. 1, to arrange for it to be declared invalid and collected. There is no claim for reimbursement of the hunting licence fees.
