(1) The hunting authorities have to provide mutual assistance to each other, and the other authorities have, upon request, to provide assistance to the Jegd authorities regarding the existence of facts which justify refusal of the hunting licence. (2) A threat to public security within the meaning of § 23 (1) of the law is particularly present if the competent authority has shown the petitic inreliability of the applicant. (3) A compulsory hunting insurance shall be considered sufficient if the deduction amount for each sight event tood c o property damage amounts to at least 150 00c K. The insurance conditions for hunting liability insurance do not contain any retention in such a way that the cover protection in case of negligent behaviour of the policyholder is waived.
