The hunting licence must be refused: 1. persons who are not 11 years old; 2. persons who have been disembarked; 3. persons who, because of physical or mental defects, are unable to carry a hunting rifle safely; 4. Persons whose previous behaviour makes it clear that they carry the gun uncautionarily and endanger public safety; 5. Persons who have received the hunting licence during the period of withdrawal (§ 58 (2), § 62 (2): 6. persons who have been legally sentenced to a serious prison sentence which has been placed under Pelizei supervision or whose rights of honour have been waived if there have not been more than one year since the date on which the police inspectorate was responsible for the loss of civil rights of honor;
