71 Ausf.=Best. 19 Ausi.=best. (1) The hunting lease contract expires if the tenant does not apply for a new annual hunting licence within three months of the end of the hunting year.The provisions of § 19 para. 2 and 3 of the law fin- the application. (2) In the case of §19 para. 1 of the contract, the lease contract ceases with the legal force of dispensation. (3) If the duration of the pending procedure can be determined by the lower hunting authority in accordance with § 15 para., 2 of the law. (4) If the hunting district can only be re leased at a lower price than previously, the former tenant must pay the lease price under- sehied until the contract expires. (5) The upper hunting authority may authorise exceptions to the provision of the first sentence of paragraph 1 of this Regulation.
