(1) Dic according to § 11 Abs., 2 of the set employed hunters must be forest officials or employees or professional employees within the meaning of § 27 Abs, 3 a b of this regulation. The lower hunting authority shall examine and decide whether the proposed professional hunters comply with the provisions in force, and the number of hunters to be hired shall be subject to the first sentence of Section 5 (3) of this Regulation.- (2) In Community hunting operations for which shellfish are laid down, the hunt shall not rest. (3) Basic areas which are part of the Community hunting district (§ 9 (1) of this Regulation), but which are in fact ineligible (§ 5 (5) of this regulation), are to be found in the training of the hunting district.
