30 Ges. 8 2. Self-hunting districts. § 8. (1) Self-catching districts are related basic birds on which one and the same person or person is a owner or profit-making niece and which comprise a space of at least 115 ha. (2) The minimum size of the self-catch districts may be increased to 300 ha. (3) By fences, walls, etc., completely closed base areas of less than 115 ha in size as well as lying at the Reichs border, general or special conditions can be declared self-hunting districts, in which case it can be determined that the hunting of these districts may be carried out under restrictions.
