(1) The rounding of the hunting districts and the exchange of plots of other bordering hunting districts according to the requirements of hunting care is carried out by the lower hunting authority either at the request of one of the parties or on its own initiative. A round-off of the hunting districts is permitted for hunting leases concluded after 1 April 1942, during a lease period only with the consent of the participants. The broom competition is exclusive. (2) The round-out of the hunt districts is not prevented by catastral, district and country boundaries. The decision shall be taken jointly by the lower hunting authorities concerned in these cases.The complaint shall be admissible. (3) Base areas, which are limited to at least 75 % by a forest belonging to a hunting district of more than 750 hectares, shall be allocated to this hunting district at the request of the holder of the hunting licence in the forest. This provision shall not apply where the surrounding area has the minimum size of a corresponding hunting district.
