209 Total 66 (1) If the yield of a cooperative hunt has so far been used to the benefit of the municipality, it shall remain separate from § 11 para.4, sentence 1 for a transitional period of 5 years. However, the municipality may, by declaration to the municipal supervisory authority, waive this special regulation with its permission. (2) If the yield of a cooperative Jegd has so far been used for non-profit purposes, apart from the case of paragraph 1, it may also remain for a transitional period of 5 years. However, each hunting comrade is entitled to demand payment of his share within three months.
