807 Ausf.=Best.65 Ausfg.=best. (1) The regulations of the law and this regulation also apply to ongoing hunting leases. Insofar as they do not comply with these provisions, they continue until the date to be determined by the lower hunting authorities for the individual lease. All leases concluded prior to the entry into force of the Act, which comply with the provisions of the Law and this Regulation, shall remain valid until their contractual expiry. 2. The replacement of game and hunting damage arising from contracts concluded before the entry into force of the law shall be carried out in accordance with the Treaty and with the provisions of previous law; however, the procedure for determining and replacing the damage shall be governed by the provisions laid down in this Regulation. 3. Rent contracts concluded before the entry into force of the law may be extended by the lower hunting authority up to three years I in justified cases.
