160 Ges. 48 3. Hunting damage. § 48. (1) Anyone who carries out hunting is obliged to observe the legitimate lengths of the soils, especially sown fields and unmown meadows. Exercising search or drifting on fields with ripening stalk or semen fruit or with tobacco is prohibited without the permission of the bigentimer or sneezer, the same applies to basic vines cultivated with wine for the period 1 May until the end of the harvest. However, search hunting is permitted insofar as it can be carried out without sightings for the ripening fruits. (2) The hunting officer shall be liable to the landowner or beneficial owner.
