6hv Ges. 43 . §43.Other restrictions on the breed. (1) Visual ware game may only be cultivated in large quantities in such enclosures which prevent the outbreak of the swar wild, (2) The suspension of wild game in the wild and of wild rabbits is prohibited. (3) The suspension of foreign animal species in the free vildbahn is only permissible with written permission of the upper hunting authority. (4) The collection or suspension of other animal species may be restricted or prohibited. (5) The importation of live wild animals from areas which do not belong to the Great German Reich is subject to the approval of the Upper Hunting Authority.
