The lower hunting authority may, in agreement with the competent inspection bodies, authorise the owners, beneficiaries and tenants to fish for lakes and ponds and to catch hunting animals which cause serious damage to the fishery during the period of grace, but in accordance with the relevant provisions on substantive prohibitions, or to sue with the application of the firearm. The authorization must be very mature and temporary. The killed animals must be handed over to the hunters. The following types of herons are eligible: egrets, ospreys, cormorants, mowers, hooded divers, sawrs and wind-chicken, for artificially laid, intensively managed ponds except that of the otter.
