English Translation
(1) The lower hunting authority may order that, irrespective of the period of grace, the operator of the hunt shall, within a specified period, reduce the level of detail in certain areas, if this is necessary with regard to the common agricultural policy in particular to the interests of forestry, agriculture and fisheries. (2) If the right to practise hunting does not comply with the registration, the lower hunting authority may, for its account, have the vildstand reduced. Wild game shall be left to the hunting officer against appropriate sight money, (3) The complaint against orders of the lower hunt authority under paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be admissible.
