127 pp. 37a (4) In the case of abnormally low numbers or excessive husking of low-wilds whose shooting is not bound by a firing plan, the lower hunting authority may limit the firing of these vild species for the area concerned to a period of up to one year. (5) In order to avoid excessive wild shoots or for other important reasons, the closing times may be temporarily cancelled or the shooting may be ordered; in the latter case, section 42 para.2 shall apply accordingly. (6) The shooting in huntings owned by the rich and protectorate and for huntings carried out by the empire or by the piotektorate. In the case of hunting carried out by the Reich or by the Protectorate, the shooting of the forest shall be determined in consultation with the lower hunting district. (7) The upper hunting authority may, for special reasons, in particular for the application of essential economic measures.
