(1) The right to hunt is the ultimate power to reproduce, catch or succumb to hunting animals and to appropriate them. 2. The right to hunt shall also include the discretionary power to appropriate the game, the game and the rod, as well as the game of feathers which can be hunted for eggs, and to destroy the clutches of unprotected birds of prey. 3. The right of hunting shall be subject to the restrictions laid down in this law.
