104 Ges.29 § 29. (1) The hunted person may obtain special facilities in the hunting district, such as feeding places, seats and hunting lodges, only with the authorisation of the landowner, the owner shall be required to authorise him if he is able to tolerate the installation and receives appropriate compensation, which, at the request of one of the parties, determines the lower managing authority. 2. In the case of Community hunting operations, the claims established in accordance with paragraph 1 shall be transferred to the hunting successor at his request for appropriate compensation.
