The population consists mainly of workers and poorer population. In the district of Prague XIV there are about 100 houses for emergency housing.This circumstance affects the employment in care and in the survey service. For the outlying districts the branch in Unter-Reuth has an auxiliary office, which is occupied by 3 survey officials. For the District of Prague XIV, the branch of the City Council for Prague XII was involved in the duties of the Commercial Police and individual tasks of the Office. As at 28.2.1942, the branch had the following staff: 2 senior officials, 23 senior officials and 5 middle officials, 50 ordinary officials and 80 ordinary officials. As a result of the reduced number of jobs, the following forces are freed: 11 senior officials, 2 middle officials, 3 civil servants and 16 ordinary officials. 85 of these are employed by the price and commission section, 8 of which are from the branch's regular staff.
