- 7 - O06 - Branches of the city administration. The city area is divided into 1 9 administrative districts. Districts I to VI are administered by the central departments of the town. For districts VII to XIX there are branches of the municipal administration. These are successors of the former magistrate services. The conversion took place on 1.1.19942 and was the result of a considerable limitation of the former scope of functions. The scope of tasks of the Magistrate services varied. The so-called political tasks had only the Magistrat services for the A'I II the other magistrate services were mainly limited to self-administration matters. From the former sphere of responsibility, the Magistrate's services were withdrawn and centralised: 1. industrial police affairs; 2. the functions of the Subscription Office, with the exception of the management of the death record; 3. the assessment of charges; 4. the cash offices and accounting offices; 5. In the future, the enforcement office will be limited to the commercial office.
