The Reichscrotektor Frag, June 20, 1941. tl in Bohemia and Moravia III 4/ 1a 2190-0 tu9 To the Office of the Lord Reich Protector, 11 11 il it Secretary of State i "1 11 ,I1 Under-Secretary of State, Central Disposal, Divisions I - IV, all groups, the service parts for the Land of Moravia in Brno, the Wehrmacht authorised representative, 7O "1 Arbeitgauführer, II Commander of the Ordinary Police, i1 11 11 Security police, representatives of the Ausvehrtigen Amt, the Fartei Liaison Office. 2 Deutsche Dienstpost Böhmen-Mähren In recent times it could be stated again that individual Reich services in Frotektorat want to delay the execution of the service cost shipments received for them by the Deutsche Dierstpost Bohemia-Mären and apply to the Fostdienststellen to have the received shipments sent to them without exception by the Frotetzoratsrost. This procedure cannot be approved from the anti-political point of view. Bs must rather leave the sending authority to choose the promotion via the Deutsche Dienstpost or via the Frotektoratspost, depending on the content of the shipment. Official consignments must therefore remain in the hands of the Deutsche dienstoost until delivery to the receiving office. Declarations of will contrary to this connexion on the part of the recipients cannot be taken into account under any circumstances, since they could compromise the absence of the abstention of the posts and, under circumstances, endanger the interests of the Reich. From the large number of consignments in the Frotektoratspost with the note "Free by replacement Reich" can be seen further, since a part of the Reich authorities in the frotekttoret also for the sweltering mail traffic does not use the Deutechen Dienstpost Böhmen-Lähren, but the Frorektort-post. It is pointed out that the correspondence of the leichdienste is to be carried among themselves in principle through the Deutsche Lienstost Böhmen-Mlähren, if at the place of destination a service of the Deutsche I f Dienstpost
