Subject: Working time of the administrative authorities The Minister of the Interior issued a decree of 28.3.194l -RMBLiV p. 54l - the following order: "1 The necessity of war requires that every worker, in particular that of the civil servants, employees and workers of the public service, be fully exploited by increasing the tasks and the loss of labour resulting from the confiscation of military service, integration and occupation of territories, must also be brought to an end on time, in all circumstances, with workers who are severely reduced in numbers. By order of 12 January 1940 (RMBliV p.78), the limitation on the length of work laid down in the Regulation on the working time of officials has been abolished. (2) On the other hand, it must be taken into account that the necessary mohrlcistungon also retains the labour force of the civil servants, employees and workers of the public service.
