It was found that the sickness status in the ironworks can be reduced by the involvement of the company organization, especially in the organization of the medical service of the occupational health insurance institution. The necessary measures are carried out under the supervision of the revision officer of the Central Social Insurance Institute. At the moment, the audit officer of the Central Social Insurance Office is examining the district bruderlade Mähr.-Ostrau and the operations of the Ostrava mountain building. According to the preliminary report, the administration of the district thoroughfare in several points is in need of reform. The corresponding measures have been taken. Above all, however, the organization of the works itself is completely inadequate and outdated, as far as it relates to the recording of the members of the association. Likewise, the cooperation between the company, brother's shop and doctors is improved. c) During the reporting period, several alarming reports have been received about the state of the sick in important enterprises. The inspection has revealed that they were, as almost always, incorrect. This applies especially to the reports of the company Junkers and the reports about the sicketand in the air force operations of the Wehrmacht. The errors are usually based on the fact that the personnel offices of the enterprises are inadequately organized and therefore make significant errors in their statistics. It is intended to introduce uniform guidelines and forms (carderia) for the recording of members and the misclasses in cooperation with the Central Association of Industry. The preparatory work is underway. III. Reichsversorgung As of 1 April 1944, the takeover of the welfare and care of the non-occupational soldiers of the new Wehrmacht by the Reichsarbeitsministerium, ordered by the Führerer Decree of ll October 1943 - RGBl. I p.569 - is completed.
