-3-22 1.) State Court Judgments: Since 3.10.41, the State Courts issued 67 death sentences, 218 remittances to the secret state police and 15 acquittals. 2.) With the order of 8.10.41 the Sokol associations were dissolved in the whole area of the Protectorate, with the confiscation of the property. The Sokol Associations were on the one hand a major organizational apparatus of the resistance movement; on the other hand, the total dissolution of the Sokol Clubs gave the opportunity to carry out the camouflage of the introduction and the expiry of new measures against a recently revealed larger resistance organization in the most important intellectual circles of the Protectorate in the Czech administration. 3.) With effect from 5.10.41, I have issued a regulation which allows and regulates substantially the withdrawal and amendment of legionary benefits (legionaries were the presenters of the old Austro-Hungarian army, who were grouped in the legion). 4.) At the moment, the President makes proposals about new appointments and certain organizational changes in the administrative apparatus.
