Transcribed. Group Justice. Prague, Januaz 1941 I 9 B I 14734/40. t Original with 1 copy and 4 annexes, the office of the Secretary of State with reference to the meeting with Dr. Gies, Chief Government Councillor from yesterday. In the context of the accusations of bribery against several officials of the central economic office of the municipality of Brno, it had been suggested that the search of the government commissary J u d e x had been supplied with meat packages by the accused V e s e l y in an illegitimate manner. In this regard, the Commission considers that the compensation granted by the Centre to the municipality of Brno provided large-scale purchase licences for meat in an authorised high range to Firae Vesely sus. The investigation as to whether the subordinate Beamtons in question have indeed been guilty of such an offence has not yet been completed, since suspiciously soaring subjects of the central economic operator, on the basis of which the fat and meat receipts were issued, have been reetlessly destroyed. Jedoeh did not give the Supreme Court of the German Landgericht in Bruem any reason to doubt the accuracy of the statements made by the government commissioner Juder. Therefore, the Attorney General does not consider the suspicion of a criminal act by Judex to be justified. There are no objections to this view of the Supreme Court. On the condition that there are no incriminating circumstances against Judex as a result of the further abuses still pending in the Gesautkoaplex, this case can be regarded as closed.
