Minister of State a. D. Potsdam, 8 July 1943 Dr. Müller Waisenstraße 30/33 President of the Court of Auditors of the German Reich Du a das G aa sizk.etü.s br a Re;o p_dekio in Bohemia and Moravia. Eing.: 12. JULY 1943 Very venerable group leader, dear party comrade Frank, by a decision of the Minister of the Interior with participation of the Reich Finance Minister, as I was informed, the deputy ministers are granted an allowance of 250 RM per month, to which the ministerial allowance in the amount of LoO RM is credited. The deputy of the President of the Supreme Audit Authority was not included in the circle of beneficiaries, although, in contrast to other central offices, this authority is completely equal to ministers under the Law of 20 March 1969. I do not know the considerations which led to this decision, but I would like to assume that this treatment of matters does not correspond to the legal status of the supreme audit authority and also implies a degree of rigour towards the head of that authority, which has a similar service to that of the ministers; it could also be seen as a reduction in his position vis-à-vis the ministers. I would therefore like to ask you, dear party comrade Frank, to work to ensure that the service allowance is also granted to the deputy of the President of the Supreme Audit Authority.
