(h) The deadlines for UK positions are 6 weeks, 3 months and until further notice. There are no other possibilities, especially no Uk positions for the duration of the war. "Until further notice" means that the Uk position is valid for at least 3 months and will continue automatically if it is not terminated by the military replacement department (possibly with a deadline of 4 weeks). In this case, if necessary, the customer can make a new Uk application, i) Uk positions are held only at the end of a month. The deadline is usually calculated from the end of the month in which the application is received. k) In the case of pending applications, if renewal is required, an extension must be made no later than 3 weeks before the expiry date. In this case, the old V. card can be used further. 1) Uk placement is only for the current job. If a Uk posted person changes his job, the cancellation of the Uk position by means of demand carriers or new Uk-position must be applied as soon as possible. This has been repeatedly violated. Here active Reichsdeutsche, who moved in after the l6.3.39 or. in the near future, must be requested to register immediately with their previous military service in the Reich by sending the military passport and to apply to the military service station responsible for this. Also in the Empire not yet registered and numbered of the vintages l895 to l92o must be registered immediately. (m) For people who are no longer in surveillance (generally the vintages l894 and older) or are found "unfit" for the design, no Uk applications are to be made. The same applies to the officers and civil servants a.D., and the Res, a.d. and e.g. of the new Wehrmacht are unlimited in military surveillance, for them therefore Uk-applications must be submitted. (n) For conscripts who have been found to be of limited suitability or a.c. field and a.v. home, Uk applications must be submitted, but the needy can expect these people to leave in general.
