44a - 2 Without wishing to abolish the autonomy of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, guaranteed by the Führer's Decree of 16 March 1939, it seems expedient to observe the following for the time being in the cases of the mentioned species: 1. In cases where it is only for the rich's own authorities that there is cause for flagging, only the wealthy's services will have to flag under the rules applicable to them. In cases where there is an occasion for the flag, both for the rich's own departments and for the protectorate authorities, the flag of service on the main front of the building will be placed in the centre of 48-questioning places, while the national and imperial flag on the right, the flags of protection on the left of the inside of the structure, with a view to the road, will be set. 3. Finally, in cases where a licence for the flag is given only for the protectorate, a double flag will have to take place according to the guidelines already announced in such a way that on the main front of the building on the right is the Reichs- 0 and National Flag, on the left the Protectorate Flag to ze ve. If a permanent flag is ordered for the rich's own services, the cases referred to in point 3 shall be flagged in accordance with paragraph 2.
