English Translation

17 - 11 - if of secondary importance than the Czechs - as already stated - are happy about every man whom they can also continue to employ in the border guard service and on the other hand to pay the costs for these officials by the protectorate government in any case in the Pr border passersby. However, in the case of border crossings, Czech officials would again be working exclusively under German supervision. There is no doubt that the German, crossing the border illegally, must also allow the Czech institutions to make a feast. The further treatment and investigation against him would, however, be led again by the German officials working in the supervisory service, in the case of the forced situation in which the Protectorate Government is located, it is to be assumed that it will not cause any difficulties against the division between German officials. In the event that the occupation of the police border cannot be anticipated by the police and that, moreover, the German police do not have adequate qualifications for the supervisory service in particular, I would like to point out that consideration should be given to the question of whether suitable leaders from the general 4 as a police reinforcement can be recruited during the war. Since these leaders had to serve primarily as supervisors, this would be the case with other qualifications ./.
