The Reichsminiffer and Chief Berlin 2.8, August 6, 1942 Voßstraße 6 of the Reich Chancellery Beepd Rk. 10686 A To the Reich Protector in Bohemia and Moravia Mr. General Oberst D a l u e g e commissioned to manage the business Prague Subject: Administrative reform in Protectorate. Dear Mr. Superior General! Thank you very much for your two letters of 27 August 1942. I would also like to thank the President-in-Office of the Council, Mr President, for the excellent work he has done on this subject. I have read these guidelines and organisational measures not only with great interest, but also with lively satisfaction, and I can only fully agree with the principles laid down in them for a clear, appropriate and sound management structure. They meet in every respect the requirements which, according to all experience in practice, must be met by a modern and powerful administration. Moreover, they also take into account in an excellent way the political requirements upon which it is fulfilled in the Protectorate.
