As one individual case shows, it would be expedient to gather the German office managers at the Czech district heads and to inform them about their tasks and their behaviour to their superiors. In this connection, it was complained that the German authorities had no more direct contact with the district chiefs and that it was proposed to issue a statement that the traffic of the German authority with the District Chiefs had to run through the Upper Land Councils.
