Thanks to the goodwill and active intervention of your Excellency and the Secretary of State, the Governing Council brought about by the autumn events has now come to an end. I take this important opportunity to express my sincere thanks to Your Excellency for the confidence he expressed in the negotiations. In particular, I would like to thank you for the promise of high-level insight that, after a certain period of time, the new government will be able to give certain positive things on the road, which, for me, is an essential relief of my task and is capable of helping the new government to gain the confidence of the people.
