CO 1.) Executive decree concerning the appointment of officials and the termination of the civil service relationship in the business area of the Reichsprotektor dated 15.11.1940 (1). The delegation of powers to the financial authorities is still pending; experts made their proposals a year ago and helped with the tacit transfer, which must be cured retrospectively later. (2) Civil servants' right to civil servants belongs to officials who are not members of the authority of the Reichsprotektor and who are to be re-established.
