At Jhrer probably on Monday, 22 December 1941 held conversation under private eyes with Mr. Dr. Georg Havelka are in case of leave of absence from the detention of the secret state police, which, after a guarantee made on the part of the Jews, can stand up for Havelca, to make the prisoner the following openings: 1.) Havelko is also during the leave of imprisonment from the prisoner of the Secret state police. 2.) Havelka has voluntarily been grounded in his Prague apartment (Prague XII, Grimm Street 9). 3.) Havellka, with the exception of the President, has committed to total silence against everyone. This duty of secrecy refers in particular to all interrogations by the secret state police. The Havelkas family is also bound by this duty of secrecy over all questions relating to the procedure against Havelkah. 4.) Havelka has to refrain from any communication with the outside world, except with his family.
