48 The Imperial Protector in Bohemia and Moravia. Prague, 31 October 1941. Nr. I 1 d = 6310 To : a Divisions I - IV b the Central Administration 0 the Department for the Land of Moravia in Brno d) the Groups by email: e the Office of the Reich Protector f the Office for the Secretary of State g the Sub-Secretary of State h the Commandant of the Order Police i the Commander of the Security Police k) the Wehrmacht Plenipotentiary Subject: Teaching of the Upper Land Councils on measures of the Protectorate Administration. The Oberlandrats have on several occasions complained that they are not informed or delayed of measures taken in the area of protectorate administration by the Office of the Reichsprotector or by commissioner-appointed heads of authorities of the autonomous administration and that, therefore, they are only inadequately complying with their supervisory duty towards the autonomous management and may be contrary to the general line in the exercise of their supervisory right. It is quite undesirable for the Oberlandrats to be informed only by subordinate protectorate authorities of measures taken by German departments. I therefore ask the Oberlanäraten in good time of the 7 basic measures initiated by the Protectorate Administration 1. 70172.47
