In accordance with the instructions given by the Central Administration under the 27.d.Mts. - Sign No. RP.Z by 4-Obergruppenführer Heydrich, I ask you to ensure that the following is done with regard to the treatment of the entrances: 1. All entrances of the central administration, as well as the divisions I, II, III and IV, are directed twice a day - 10 a.m. and 3 p.m in the afternoon - in special folders, which are to be kept separate according to departments, 4-Sturmbannführer Pommerening and his assigned (rooms 213 and 214) by a special messenger. Express or important transactions must be presented immediately. 2. The classified information referred to in the Ministerial Conductor Fuchs shall be registered with the Chief Inspector of Government Härle, the classified information of the Post Group at Postamtmann Rungstock and the classified documents received by the Transport Group with Mr. President Danco and shall then be handed over to his representative personally on the same dates as 1⁄2-Sturmbannführer Pommerening and his representative. 3. The post office designated for the Reichsprotektor and his office will be delivered directly to ø-Sturmbannführer Pommerening. StormbannFührer pommerening will take care to separate the personal post office of the Reich Protector and hand it over to the officials or employees designated for this purpose.
