The Government of the Protectors established the anti-Semitism of the second republic, given in particular the pressures of the empire, when it took note of the decision of the Bar Association in Prague of 15 March 1939 on the exclusion of non-Aryan lawyers from representation before the court. (240) The Government also agreed that the Minister of Commerce should discuss without delay with non-Aryan organisations and industrial enterprises the removal of non-Aryans from all leading positions, while at the same time agreeing to issue stickers for the external designation of Aryan trades. On 21 June 1939, the Reich Protector issued an order on Jewish property (241) which replaced in this regard all previous decisions of the heads of civil administrations, issued at the time of the military administration in the Protectorate in the first month of the occupation. (242) According to the Reich Protector's Decree on the expulsion of Jews from the Protectorate's economy of 26 January 1940 (243), Jews could be banned from the management of economic enterprises of any kind. These undertakings were liquidated and cancelled, exceptionally transferred to non-Jewish ownership.
