Panel 1 shows the photograph with numbered identification of all individuals present including: (1) František Count Kinský, (3) Jan Adalbert Count Lobkowicz, (5) Jan Nepomuk Count Pálffy, (6) Karel Jiří Count Belcredi, (8) Jiøí Douglas Count Sternberg, (9) Hugo Count Strachwitz, (10) Rudolf Děpolt Count Czernin, (11) Leopold Count Sernberg, (12) Zdeněk Radoslav Count Kinsky, and (15) President Emil Hácha.
