Slovak Mr President: Recently, the position of aristocracy in the Czech nation has been discussed and there have been various uncertainties in this regard. We therefore consider it appropriate to provide some explanations in this respect. Her political responsibilities were determined by the service of the Czech State and kings. The core of this condition was, of course, the Czech nation was not only a cult, but also blood and language. During the early days of the kingdom, when the entire countryside was language-czech, the environment of the nobility was also such. This nobility, originally and in the Czech language, formed the ruling or political layer of the Czech State before the formation of the monarchy of the Austrian House and for a long time thereafter. It left us a memory of its culture in Czech processing of knightly songs, in the books of the Earth's rights, in military names, in its castles and castles, and in building cultural institutions.
