Full typed text and original autograph signature pages of the Second Declaration of Czech and Moravian Nobility, present to President Emil Hácha at Prague Castle on 24 January 1939. The declaration begins "Speakable Mr President" and affairs the nobility's loyalty to the Czech nation and state. Pages 1©4 containing the typed Czech text; pages 5©7 containing handwriten signatures of the noble signatures including members of the Kinský, Lobkowicz, Schwarzenberg, Kolowrat, Czernin, Belcredi, Thurn-Hohenstein, Mensdorff-Pouilly, and Serényi families among others. This is the declaration cited by Reinhard Heydrich in his letter to Martin Bormann of 16 May 1942 as the established basis for imposing forced administration on the states of the Czech nobility.
