pretty clear those efforts were made by his parents

have been unreasonable do expect him to
Volman hanno particularly as his parents were
trying to get here as refugees from Communism
and indeed they arrived in the country in 1948.
He has a brother here who is trained to a British
subject.
The power report shows there is nothing
Pravon against him when criminals or from a
security point of view. He is an intelligent
man & for his age he holds a pretty good job.
There is no doubt whatever that the whole family
are definitely opposed to Communism. His
parents are elderly and as once lived in
very comfortable circumstances but are at
present being fully maintained by him.
He appears to be a suitable candidate for
naturalisation.
