In view of his present employment with a large organisation with international interests applicant was questioned further as to the possibility of him having to live abroad at the request of his employers. He said that so far as one could judge at the moment there were definite plans for him to travel abroad for short periods of up to three months. In answer to questions applicant said that he had never been a member of any subversive political organisation, and enquiries have failed to connect him with such matters at the present time. He declared that he and his parents were completely opposed to the Communist Regime in Czechoslovakia and left for that reason. Metropolitan Police records contain nothing to the detriment of applicant or his parents. Applicant is the subject of Operation Post report of 26.3.53 which discloses nothing to his detriment and states that he is of no security interest. Applicant has his parents, Frantisek Josef and Vilemina Maria Czernin, and one sister, Monica George, nee Czernin, here, and one sister, Frances Czernin, in South America, viz: Frantisek Josef Czernin, born Prague 24.5.1878, arrived in this country on 10.9.48 from Thunovska 22, Prague III, travelling on Czech passport No. 3765/6439/48 issued Prague 15.7.48. He is not the subject of an Operation Post report because of his age, but he qualifies for Table II by reason of his passport. Vilemina Maria Czernin, nee Clanner, born Hostocov, Austria 10.9.1897, arrived in this country on 10.9.48 travelling on Czech passport No. 3655/1800/47 issued Prague 10.2.47. She is the subject of Operation Post report of 5.1.53 which discloses nothing to her detriment and states that she is of no security interest. Monica George, nee Czernin, married Major John Malcolm George, who was in Czechoslovakia immediately after the last war. He is employed as an engineer with the Foreign Office, and they live at 'The Mount', Western Hill, Olney, Bucks. ```
