Sep. 1943 The request of the Vienna Technical University that the Vienna University of Technology participates and acquires knowledge and can contribute has been approved by the Commission. I. The Vienna Technical University will remain as an independent institution with the name "Technische Hochschule Wien". II. The Wiener Technische Hochschule will be transferred to the Rectorate district of the University of Vienna. III. With effect from 1 October 1943 the following changes will be made: 1. The Rector of the Vienna Technical University is appointed Vice-Rector of the University of Vienna. 2. The Deans of the faculties of the Viennese Technical University are appointed deans of the corresponding faculties of Vienna University. 3. The Professors of Vienna Technical School are appointed professors of relevant faculties of University of Wien. 4. The lecturers at the Vienna University of Technology are appointed to the corresponding faculties of the University of Vienna. 5. The assistants of the Vienna Technical University are appointed as assistants to the respective faculties of Vienna University. 6. The students of the Vienna Technical University are appointed to the corresponding faculties of the University of Vienna. IV. The Vienna Technical School is transferred to the Rectorate district of the Universität Wien. V. The Viennese Technical University is transferred into the Rectory district of Vienna University.
