Dienstleistungsanweis für die Oberlandraten - Inspektive des Deutschen Staatsministers für Böhmen und Mähren The Oberlandrates - Inspecteurs are within their district the direct supervisory bodies of the Deutechen Minister of State for Bohemia and Moravia. After the political statements of the German Minister of State, they have to supervise the entire administration of their area, to report orally or in writing to the Minister of the State on all important political matters and to bring its policy guidelines to enforcement. They also have the task of monitoring the impact of all regulations or instructions issued by the political authorities or by the autonomous authorities and may require all the authorities, departments and bodies of their administrative district to provide information and access to the file. Through direct contact with the heads of departments of the German Ministry of State, the President of the State and the German heads of other central offices, they have to ensure the smooth running of the administrative operations and the termination of deficiencies in the administration. In the event of a risk of delay, the Oberlandraten - Inspectors shall have an immediate right of jurisdiction, the application of which shall be notified in any case.
