Subject: Alignment of the Reich and autonomous administration to the total war I. The Führer, once again attached to the annex, issued a decree of 13 March 1943. On 1 January 1943, the Reichsminister and the head of the Reich Chancellery issued the decree, which was also annexed, for the conversion of the entire administration to the requirements of total war.
