- 3 (b) men and women fully employed in agriculture; (c) women with at least one child not yet compulsory in education or two children under the age of fourteen living in the common household; (d) pupils attending a public or recognised private general education school. The general authorised representative for the work operation may exclude other groups of persons from the reporting obligation. 2) In order to free workers from trade, crafts and trade far-reaching for tasks of the Reich's defense, the Reichswirtschaftsminister or the otherwise permanent Supreme Reich authorities must order in consultation with the Federal Authorized Officer for the employment operation the silence of enterprises and enterprises, which do not completely or predominantly fulfill tasks of war economy or the securing of the vital needs. The decommissioning can also be arranged for parts of enterprises and enterprises, if this is possible without any disadvantages for the execution of tasks of major importance for the war. In principle, the Minister of the Economy or the competent authorities of the Reich have to delegate the implementation of such measures to the Reich Defence Commissioners, who receive guidelines from them and use them in the execution of the competent agencies of the economic districts. The question of compensation for the decreed closures is settled by the Reichswirtschaftsminister or the competent Supreme Reich Authority in agreement with the Reich Minister of Finance. IV. I commission the Chief of the High Command of the Wehrmacht, the Reich Minister and Head of the Reich Chancellery, and the head of the Party Chancelleries to keep me informed of the measures taken under this decree. They also have to examine for the Wehrmacht, state and party whether further measures to free forces for the defense of the Reich are possible and to give me a lecture on this, as far as necessary in common. With the Reich Minister for People's Enlightenment and Propaganda, they have with regard to the important statements on which he is responsible in connection with this decree.
