(d) pupils attending a public or recognised private general education school. 2) In order to free workers from trade, crafts and trade to a large extent for tasks of the Reich's defence, the Reichswirtschaftsminister or the other competent authorities of the empire have to arrange in consultation with the general authority for the labour operation the decommissioning of enterprises and enterprises, which do not completely or mainly fulfill tasks of war economy or the securing of the vital needs. The decommissioning can also be arranged for parts of enterprises and enterprises, if this is possible without any disadvantages for the execution of tasks of major importance for the war. The Reichswirtschaftsminister or the other competent Supreme Reich authorities must, in principle, transfer the implementation of such measures to the Reich's Defence Commissioner, who will receive guidelines from them for this purpose and use them when implementing the competent authorities of the economic districts. The question of compensation for the set-aside orders is settled by the Reichswirtschaftsminister or the competent Supreme Reich Authority in agreement with the Reich Minister of Finance. IV. I commission the Chief of the High Command of the Wehrmacht, the Reich Minister and Head of the Reich Chancellery and the head of the Party Registry to keep me informed of the measures taken under this decree. They also have to examine for the Wehrmacht, state and party whether further measures to free forces for the defense of the Reich are possible and to give me a lecture on this, as far as necessary in common. With the Reichsminister für Volksaufklärung und Propaganda they have to maintain closer contact with the important tasks in connection with this decree.
