With regard to the fact that Heß is a reserve officer candidate and can be drafted for the 4th Arms, I am ready to lift the Uk post. With the representation of Hess, I would like to entrust to the Council of Ministers Fischer, who is suitable for this task, since he was formerly head of the authorities, and is currently not required in the Office of the Reich Protector.
