Decree of the Imperial Protector of 27.5.42 on the extension of the civil state of emergency to the entire Frotektörat Bohemia and Moravia and the fixing of the death penalty for any understatement of the assassins. On the occasion of the attack on the Deputy Reich Protector Ss-Obergruppenführer Heydrich the following is determined: ArticleI: On the basis of the 1st decree of the Reich Protector in Bohemia and Moravia on the imposition of the civilian state of emergency of 27 September 1991 (VBlRpre. S 527) is imposed with immediate effect the civilian state of emergency over the entire Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. Article II: On Crund of § 2 of the aforementioned decree, I order: anyone who has been involved in the execution of the attack, or who provides assistance to, or does not report to them in knowledge of, their person or their place of residence, shall be shot with his family.
