E Judicial Group Prague, 9 January 1942 I/9 a 1244 Bilea doiC an 2a beFe in Bühmen uad Mahien. Eing. 12. JAN.1942 Original with 1 annex Mr. Chief Government Councillor Dr. Gies in the house. With reference to the telephonic feedback, I am sending the preliminary plan for the design of the special issue of German law, published on the occasion of the three-year anniversary of the Protectorate, with the request to submit it to Mr. Secretary of State. The issue (double number) is intended to inform the legal guardians in the rest of the Reich about the legal work carried out in the Protectorate, as has recently been done in a similar form for the Warthegau. The statements of the Secretary of State are intended as a political preface, the length of which, of course, is entirely at his discretion. I would like to make it clear to the House that the Commission has not been able to accept the amendments tabled by the Committee on the Rules of Procedure, the Verification of Credentials and Immunities on the basis of which it has decided to amend the Rules on the Verification, Verification and Credence of Creeds.
