29 IV/2 - Za./She. Prague, 19 April 1943. l.) Vermer k. Subject: The collection of Rudolf, presented to the Secretary of State. The collection contains pieces from the early l7th to the second half of the l9th century. By far the largest part is Bohemica's historical and cultural-historical content, and a small part is Austriaca, among others: 1. the numerous maps from different time-pieces, but which are not complete as standard, 2. the representations of warlike events, 3. City- and architectural pictures. The price vøn RM lo.000.- for the collection is decidedly too high, if it is not to be labeled as usury-price. In particular, the city steel engravings are far too expensive, apart from the fact that they do not have a particular artistic value of cultural history. If LANOK is to be bought at all, I propose to acquire the pieces belonging to l. and 2. if it is not possible to acquire all the material at the local traffic value of RM 5,000.- 2. fron Ms Wheel 44- Oiab #Zaukl truul 2074. f0/ Onye i trgang. 1 12/6.93. 1-36/42
