The Secretary of State would like to thank you warmly for the invitation to the celebration on 15.3.194o, 2 pm, in the large hall of the Town Hall in Budwei. The Secretary of State strongly regrets not being able to attend the ceremony because he has to fulfil official obligations in Prague. In this way, however, the Secretary of State sends his greetings to the civil society, which is gathered at the ceremony, and assures them that in the coming year he will continue to give the Sadt Budweis his support.
